All the Right People

Seth Godin, American entrepreneur and best-selling author of books like Purple Cow and This Is Marketing, when speaking about customer interaction said simply, “Be genuine. Be remarkable. Be worth connecting with.” And there is no one at Sloan who represents that philosophy more than our inside sales representative, Leslie Collins.

Leslie joined the Sloan team almost two decades ago and has worked as an inside sales representative the last 15 years. Many of you likely have had the pleasure of working with Leslie, whether she filled an order request or helped you find a solution to a challenge you were having in the field.

The Sloan team is very fortunate Leslie’s plans changed. She embodies the company’s culture of constantly striving to provide excellent customer service with a small business, family touch.

“Leslie is one of our many rock stars,” said Brian Sloan, CEO, Sloan Lubrication Systems. “When one of our largest customers can’t sing Leslie’s praises high enough and I hear nothing but positive feedback from our customers, I know that we are putting the right people in place to serve our customers. We certainly hope that Leslie will be here for another twenty years.”
